The name of this coalition is the Weber Communities That Care Coalition (Weber CTC). Agencies and citizens from Eden, Liberty, Harrisville, Huntsville, North Ogden, and Pleasant View cities (the Weber Cone) are represented in this coalition.

SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT

The Social Development Strategy (SDS) provides the foundation for all of the work we do at Weber CTC. SDS is the evidence based practice of equipping members of the community with skills, providing opportunities for them to apply the skills, and recognizing them for the job well done.
